My professional experience spans community organizing, public health, environmental justice, and youth advocacy. I collaborate with nonprofits, academic institutions, and public agencies through facilitation, education, research, and advocacy to support equity-centered initiatives grounded in community care and lived experience.

Climate Resilience Community Facilitation Fellowship

  • Trained in Climate & Environmental Justice organizing, collaborative decision making, conflict resolution, meeting design and community facilitation 

  • Provides environmental consulting and resilience strategies directly to community to support public education equity and , engagement 

  • Develops and maintains professional partnerships in coastal sector of ecological restoration and development 

Water Quality Monitor
Neponset River Watershed Association

  • Conducts fieldwork to local watershed sites for water and debris sampling for public safety 

  • Provides audiovisual and quantitative data for water monitoring database and dissemination to local research labs

Boston, MA | January 2025 – Present

  • Leads workshops during weekly in-person support circles for marginalized youth ages 14-20. Workshop topics on Embodied Communication for Women of Color and Healthy Relationship Models, and Harm Reduction.

  • Collaborate with teams across state agencies to ensure resources for victims of neglect and exploitation, not limited to legal services, food, clothes, educational and vocational opportunities, and housing support.

  • Design individual management plans for the youth caseload to support client autonomy with trauma-informed behavioral and lifestyle goals, with strategies including mediation, mentorship, and advocacy.

Community Engagement

My community engagement work focuses on education, advocacy, and relationship-building across environmental justice, reproductive justice, and maternal health. I partner with community organizations and institutions to support youth leadership, expand access to care and information, and advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches to collective well-being.

Environmental Education and Outreach
November 2024 – Present

  • Sampled watershed sites within Georgia, A Public Works Adopt-a-Stream in Fall 2024 to promote citizen science and protection of public parks and waterways in Decatur, Georgia 

  • Host annual virtual book club to promote local engagement and public knowledge of climate change issues, latest book included Undrowned: Feminist Lessons from Endangered Marine Species”

  • Taught natural science and robotics engineering to kids ages 4-8 at NORI STEM camp during school holiday break

  • Participated in Bridging Each Applicant for Higher Ed Success (BEACHES) 4-day workshop at Northeastern University Marine Science Research Center in Nahant, MA

Reproductive Justice and Youth Advocacy
January 2023 – Present

  • Served 2 years on Community Advisory Board at National Coalition of Sexual Health (NCSH), where I edited content for their National Campaign “Stop the Awk” to dispel sex communication stigma

  • Served 2 years on the Steering Committee at the Atlanta Fulton County Board of Health, where I facilitated  and supported events to increase family engagement in sex education

  • Hosted a giveaway for 50 middle school girls across the US to receive a care package I curated with over 25 items, including comfort and hygiene products that combat the Pink Tax, period waste, and stigma

  • Created collaborative policy solutions and advised international stakeholders through youth-centered facilitated discussion at 2 United Nations Summits

Maternal and Community Health
February 2020 – Present

  • Provided direct doula services to clients for pre-birth planning, family coaching, pregnancy and labor support, as well as Abortion support. In addition to resources and educational coaching sessions for a contracted period, I am on call for emotional and physical support 

  • Facilitated trauma-informed community conversations on reproductive justice issues like inclusive sex ed and how to navigate health care discrimination

  • Partnered with local organizations to co-develop culturally responsive health workshops and databases of toolkits
